Have you ever wanted a calendar featuring you? Or your family? Ends Digital can take your photographs (as prints, on disc or by e-mail) and create a beautiful photo calendar that you can use throughout the year!

Calendars available are:

• A4 Family Calendar - our most popular format
• CD Desk Calendar - a compact Jewel Case CD Desk Calendar which is ideal for your desk
• A3 Family Calendar - our largest calendar, at twice the size of the A4 Calendar
• Slim Calendar (pack of two) - each the same length as, but half the width of, an A4 calendar
• Photo Desk Diary - all the features of our A4 Calendar with the convenience of a Desk Diary rolled into one neat package

The perfect gift, an Ends Digital calendar features all your photos on a tear-off front sheet, followed by a front cover photo, and then each month with its own photo and caption.

The CD Desk Calendar comes in the form of 16 cards in a compact jewel case, ideal for any desk. Each of the other calendars is wiro bound with a card back. Apart from the desk calendars, all calendars come with a wall-hanging facility.

Our calendars are printed in vibrant colour on high quality 120gsm paper using the latest digital printing technology for outstanding results every time.

How to Order

Photographs can be landscape or portrait, black and white or colour and will be auto adjusted to fit the space in the calendars. Children's artwork and poems all look great when mixed with photographs to provide an interesting and varied calendar.

Digital photographs may be sent on 3.5" floppy disk, Zip disk, CD ROM (PC or Mac format) or you can save time and just send us the camera disk. Alternatively, images may be sent as e-mail attachments. Images should be TIFF, .bmp or high quality .jpg format. Highly compressed or low resolution files will inevitably give lower quality results.

Whilst we take good care of your photographs, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which may occur. If your photographs are valuable, we suggest sending them by recorded post and adding £5.00 to the costs to pay for return postage by the same method. Alternatively, you could scan them, or have them scanned, and then send them to us on disk thus ensuring the safety of the originals.

Telephone your order to 01245 362444 and we will send you:

1. An easy 'How to do it' guide and form
2. A FREE post-paid, hard-backed envelope for you to return your photographs to us.

Order Option B

Go to Ends Digital's sister site, My-Calendars.co.uk, where you can either upload all 13 of your photographs directly to the website or order a post pack in which to send your photographs by post. Payment can be taken on that website.

Sending Photographs

If you are sending physical copies of photographs:

1. Select 13 photographs, either portrait or landscape, and black and white or colour.
2. On the reverse of each photograph, in pencil on a post-it note, please write the name of the month you want it to appear for in the calendar.
3. The front cover photograph should also be clearly specified.
4. Please also write your post code clearly on the post-it note to ensure the safe return of your photographs.
5. Do not write in ink - it will smudge onto the next photograph.
6. If you must write directly onto the photograph, do so lightly to prevent surface damage to the picture side.
7. Decide on a greeting of not more than 12 words for the cover.
8. Decide the start month and the year, and include this on a piece of paper with your photographs.
9. Package your photographs for posting by protecting them with stiff card (cereal box card is fine) and post them to us with the correct postage. (Please note that we will not accept post which has been incorrectly stamped.)

Naming Images

If you are sending your images in electronic form, please name the images according to the months they correspond to, as follows: "0001.jpg" for January (substitute the extension if necessary), "0002.jpg" for February, and so on, up to "0012.jpg" for December. Use "0013.jpg" for the front cover image.
