The illustration to the right shows our Mug Press. As the name suggests, we use it to manufacture our Branded Mugs - to press the personalised images onto the outsides of the mugs. Each mug starts off as a plain white mug, and then has an individual design applied to its external surface.

Mugs can be decorated in all sorts of ways. For example, a mug could proudly display your company name and logo, advertise your list of products or a price list, or show a photograph of your company building. You could even have one made for each member of your staff, personalised with the staff member's name, photograph, and how they like their tea or coffee. One sugar or two?

This is our T-Shirt Press. We use this to add designs and personalisation to plain black or white T-shirts to create our Branded T-Shirts, which make unique items of clothing for any customer or member of your staff, if you have your own business, or any member of the public.

Customised T-shirts make excellent vehicles for advertising or personalised work shirts, as well as unique personal gifts.

These are our Duplo DC-645 Slitter / Cutter / Creasers. We use these machines to cut our card - for example, to make personalised Christmas Cards, Postcards, Business Cards and so on.

Slitter / Cutter / Creasers can not only cut card but also make creases in the card to allow it to be easily folded.

The big, black machine pictured to the right is our Jigsaw Machine.

We use this to make our personalised jigsaws. Personalised jigsaws can feature any of a large choice of designs and can also be personalised with a person's name and sometimes other details, too.

This is one of our Scanners.

We receive images from customers both electronically and in the form of physical photographs and hand-drawn pieces of artwork that they send to us through the post. We make use of scanners to produce electronic copies from physical pictures.

The electronic versions of the images can then be processed as required, and applied to a huge array of different personalised products, from business cards to Christmas cards, and from T-shirts to mugs. Physical photographs can then be returned to the customers.

The intriguing piece of equipment shown to the right is our Hat Press.

At Ends Digital, we make personalised caps to a number of different designs, fully personalised for each customer. We make caps for all manner of customers, both businesses and ordinary members of the public.

We can take images supplied by the customer and turn them into transfers, which are then pressed onto the caps by our special hat press.

Caps can be personalised for any occasion that you can think of, limited only by your imagination. You can have caps made to act as part of your staff uniform, personalised with the name of the company, the company logo, and even the name of the individual member of staff. Alternatively, you can order caps for your pub sports team - any sport, from darts to football or from tennis to baseball - and have them customised with a team name, an image representing the type of sport and, again, the name of the individual that the cap is worn by. Another idea is to order personalised caps for your stag or hen night, adding a witty design to be worn by everyone who attends. Personalised caps can be made up for any other event whatsoever, and can be produced for a single individual as easily as for a whole team.

This is a binding machine.

Once a multi-page personalised product has been designed, printed out onto paper, and cut to the required paper size, the pieces of paper need to be bound together. This is where the binding machine comes in.

We can bind all manner of products, from photographic desk diaries to advertising booklets.

This is our machine for laminating personalised paper and card products, as well as all manner of customer-supplied documents and certificates.

Lamination protects paper and card documents by covering them in a thin, transparent, plastic film. This stops water, dust particles and other contaminants from reaching the surfaces of your document, extending the document's lifetime considerably.

This is one of our Xerox DocuColor 260 Colour Printers.

As well as producing our high quality, full colour printing output, these are what we use to duplicate documents from hard copies, if there are no digital copies available. We can print full colour documents up to SRA3 in size.

We can copy documents up to A3 (420mm x 297mm) in size, and we can scale them up or down, if required. The document can be reproduced at sizes up to SRA3 (450mm x 320mm). When copying documents, we can also enhance the colours and either darken or lighten the image.
